The Space:

The interior has hardwood floors and charming decor throughout, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen has a complete range of modern appliances, as well as a variety of pots, pans, utensils, and dishware to ensure that every meal is a hit. There is seating available at the kitchen island and the formal dining table. After a day of sightseeing, guests can relax with a movie and snuggle up on one of the comfortable sofas.



This home is perfect for those traveling with multiple couples or big families. The primary bedroom is on the third floor and has a private balcony providing access to the rooftop deck. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double vanity. With three guest King bedrooms, each featuring a private ensuite bathroom, balcony access, and television, everyone can relax in their own space. The upper loft area adds extra sleeping space with four cozy bunk beds and two additional bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower and tub combo. The half bath and laundry room can be found downstairs.

The outdoor space is a private paradise with a spectacular heated pool with an in-ground spa, a thrilling water slide, and a beautiful waterfall grotto. The patio has an outdoor dining area and a grill for hosting barbecues and a bar complete with a poolside TV!



Pineapple Paradise is located near the beach and is in close proximity to the popular Pine Avenue, known for its quaint island shops and restaurants. You will find that everything is easily accessible either by a short bike ride or by using the free Anna Maria Island trolley. Come and unwind in this beautiful paradise and enjoy the island life!



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including a private heated poo/spa, waterslide, and a fully fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying your own secluded space.



Other Things to Note:

For your convenience, the home includes 6 beach chairs, a beach cart, a beach umbrella, and all the bath towels, beach towels, and linens you'll need—everything ready for a relaxing stay!



4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
