Updated kitchen, full laundry, new comfortable queen size bed, and flat screen TV. Sofa features a pull out for extra guests. NO Pets/NO Smoking. 1 week minimum stay.

Beach chairs are provided as welll as a gas grill, community shuffleboard and pool.

Prices shown are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit.

Great location and cute little place. Amenities not quite what I thought they’d be and had some utility issues. Realtor and owner did give me some money back.
