Island Life Villa combines waterfront relaxation with room for the whole family, offering five bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,338 square feet of living space for up to 10 guests.

The entire property is exclusively yours. A three-bedroom main home and an attached two-bedroom guest suite—with its own entrance, kitchen and living room—give extended families space to spend time together and enjoy some privacy.

YOUR PRIVATE WATERFRONT ESCAPE

Spend sunny afternoons beside the heated pool, enjoy a barbecue overlooking the water, or try your hand at fishing from the dock. The expansive 1,300-square-foot outdoor deck offers plenty of space to unwind.

The main home welcomes you through a striking, approximately 30-foot-high glass entryway into the kitchen and dining area, where the table seats eight.

Upstairs, the main living room offers bay views, a wet bar, television, Apple TV and Sonos sound. Open the balcony doors to enjoy the waterfront breeze, outdoor seating and a daybed—an inviting spot for morning coffee or a quiet afternoon.

FIVE BEDROOMS ACROSS TWO PRIVATE LIVING AREAS

Main home:
• King bedroom on the entry level with an en-suite bathroom
• Queen-over-full bunk bedroom on the entry level, with access to the family bathroom
• Upstairs primary king suite with bay views, dual vanities, a multi-jet walk-in shower and a spacious walk-in closet

Attached guest suite:
• One king bedroom
• One bedroom with two twin beds
• One shared bathroom accessible from both bedrooms
• A separate living room, television, Sonos sound and full kitchen

• Seven-night minimum stay.
• During peak season, stays run Saturday to Saturday.
• Outside peak season, flexible arrival days are available, subject to availability.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. Registered occupancy must not be exceeded.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. | Checkout: 10:00 a.m.
• Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and approval. If approved, the charge is half the nightly rate.
• Maximum parking: four vehicles across the two driveways. No additional overnight vehicle parking is available.
• The boatlift is reserved for owner use. Please contact us before booking to confirm whether the available dock space is suitable for your boat.
• No smoking.
• No pets.
• This home is in a residential neighborhood. Please keep noise at a respectful level during the day and night.
