Centrally located in Holmes Beach, this elevated two bedroom/two bath half duplex is the perfect retreat! It has its own private heated salt water pool and outdoor bbq area with gas grill! The beach is a short 2 1/2 blocks away. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart are provided. Just load up and go! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your trips to the beach.

Updated throughout and furnished in bright, coastal colors, you will feel right at home here for your beach getaway! Inside, the house has a split plan with a king sized bedroom and a second guest bedroom with queen size bed.

You will love the many comforts of home including all new living room furniture, plantation shutters, AC, and WIFI. There is also a one car garage with a Ping Pong Table and Corn Hole! The trolley stop is conveniently located just down the street, where you can hop on the free trolley and go the length of the island to all of your favorite shops and restaurants!

This house can also be rented together with it's sister property next door for the ultimate family vacation pad!

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

The booking and arrival process was seamless and the property was “as-advertised”. The property was clean, well-appointed and in an excellent location on AMI. We enjoyed daily walks along the nearby beach and to the village areas of Holmes Beach and Anna Maria. The pool and patio area was great. We didn’t mind the stairs to the living area of the unit, although our small dog struggled with the stairs so needed help in and out of the unit. Our overall experience at this property and AMI in general was excellent.

Absolutely would stay again!

One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed! Incredibly well stocked and not just 1 set of towels; lots of towels! Tons of beach toys, chairs, wagon. We rented bikes from Beach Bums (they deliver & pickup) and loved getting around on those. Parking for cars or bikes weren’t hard to find. It was nice having the toddler’s room on the other side of our duplex unit for quiet times. The doors and locks were so reassuring for our little one in and around the pool, near the stairs or going outside. I did not feel like I was sharing a wall with the neighbors either.

Perfect place for our family of four + dog

Gone coastal too was perfect for our family. The pool and backyard was the highlight, and he beach was just a short walk away. Inside is a little cozy, but is well equipped. We loved the ping pong in the garage on a rainy day!

Gone Coastal Too

This was our first time visiting AMI. The private pool was wonderful to have after a long day at the beach. Only a short 2 blocks from the beach. Condo was perfect for our small family and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We are already planning another trip back to AMI!!!
