The private heated pool has a swim-up tiki bar. That's the line that makes guests stop scrolling — and it's accurate. Pull up to the bar without leaving the water, pour something cold, and let the day slow down. There is no other pool like this in the Holmes Beach rental portfolio.

Coco Cabana was completely renovated in 2025. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright open layout with coastal-inspired furnishings throughout. Two of the bedrooms have king beds — a configuration that works equally well for two couples or a family where the adults want proper beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for kids or two guests who don't need to share. Two full bathrooms keep the mornings manageable for a group of six.

The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and everything needed for meals at home — or poolside snacks, which is what the tiki bar was made for. The living room is open and well-lit with comfortable seating and streaming TVs. High-speed WiFi throughout. In-unit washer and dryer means packing light is genuinely possible. Keyless entry means no key coordination on arrival.

The Gulf beach is within walking distance. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island — shops, restaurants, and all three cities — without moving your car. Two parking spaces are included.

Coco Cabana is pet-friendly — a pet fee applies. Parking for two vehicles included. Quiet residential neighborhood — guests are asked to keep noise at a respectful level throughout the day and evening.

Coco Cabana requires a one-week minimum stay.
