Open the back slider, cross the screened lanai, and you're on the sand. Coconuts 106 is a renovated ground-floor beachfront one-bedroom in Holmes Beach, with no stairs at all and Gulf views from the living room, kitchen, and lanai. King bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and a shared heated pool with grills. Beach chairs, a cart, and an umbrella are included. Shorter stays welcome. Sleeps 4.

THE ACCESS
Ground floor, directly on the beach. No stairs between your bed and the water: through the slider, across the screened lanai, and onto the sand. Good for grandparents, toddlers, and anyone hauling a cooler.

THE LANAI
Screened and facing the water. Morning coffee, evening drinks, and the sand stays outside.

INSIDE
Renovated and open-plan, bright throughout, with Gulf views from the living room and kitchen.

LOCATION
The sand is at your door, on the quiet north end of Holmes Beach. The free island trolley runs the length of Anna Maria Island.

GETTING AROUND
Rent a new six-seat golf cart for your stay, with Apple CarPlay, built-in speakers, and a cooler in the back. It's the easiest way to hop between the beach, Pine Avenue, and Bridge Street without hunting for parking. Available for a separate fee. Just message me after you book.
