A renovated top-floor 2-bedroom built for families who don't want to share a bathroom. Coconuts 117 has a king, two queens, and a sleeper sofa across two bedrooms and two full baths, so 8 guests get real space. The west-facing balcony looks over the heated pool with a slice of the Gulf past the beachfront buildings. Tucked into the quiet back corner of the complex, with the pool steps away and the beach about a 2-minute walk.
YOUR SPACE
Coconuts is a small three-building complex on 73rd Street in Holmes Beach. Unit 117 sits at the south end of the top floor in the back building, the quietest corner of the property.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS
- Primary bedroom: king
- Second bedroom: two queens
- Living room: sleeper sofa
- 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 8
INSIDE
A full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a dining table that seats everyone at once.
THE BALCONY
This is the reason people rebook. It faces west across the pool deck, and past the beachfront buildings you catch the Gulf and the end of the sunset. It's a partial view, not a panorama, and I'd rather tell you now than have you find out on arrival.
THE GROUNDS
The beach is about a 2-minute walk through the complex. The heated pool sits in the center of the property, shared with the other buildings, and is rarely crowded outside spring break. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels are in the unit.
GETTING AROUND
Rent a new six-seat golf cart for your stay, with Apple CarPlay, built-in speakers, and a cooler in the back. It's the easiest way to hop between the beach, Pine Avenue, and Bridge Street without hunting for parking. Available for a separate fee. Just message me after you book.
GOOD TO KNOW
- 117 is on the top floor of a two-story building with no elevator, so you'll carry bags up one flight. If anyone in your group has trouble with stairs, my ground-floor units here are a better fit.
- Two assigned parking spaces marked "117." Overflow parks on the street with all four tires off the pavement.
- Neighboring units are owned and rented by other families. It's a friendly complex, not a resort.
- Shorter stays are welcome here.
- No pets.
