Whether relaxing on the comfortably furnished deck, enjoying the captivating ocean views, or taking advantage of the private beach access, Armstrong is the place for you!

Designed with a reverse open floor plan, this well-appointed home has all the bedrooms on the first level. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom, while two of the guest bedrooms boast a great view of the ocean and beaches below. You'll also find access to the attached covered porch.

The second floor has the living areas tastefully decorated in on-theme beach decor. Enjoy the views of the Atlantic from the peace of the indoors, or step out to the furnished deck. Great property with numerous ocean views!! The front two bedrooms have sliding doors leading to the bottom deck which is literally right on the ocean. The den/kitchen area also has sliding doors leading to an upper deck which has a spectacular view of sunrise and sunset over the ocean. Both decks have latched gates for safety of little ones or furry ones.

Location was what we wanted and it was perfect. The only negative was the internet and TV were unusable. We called the realty folks and they said it's normal anywhere on the island, however, we found Starbucks and other commercial users had fast and reliable connections. Not a deal breaker, but we had brought our Roku device and were looking forward to using it. Otherwise, nice stay and loved having a selection of books available.

The home was very nice and being on the beach made it even nicer. The beds were very comfortable and having a bathroom upstairs was great. We saw dolphins everyday while we were swimming!

Fur friendly beach house

Overall the house was great for our stay with our 15 year old lab mix. The property manager stayed in touch with us and tried to answer all our questions and concerns but didn’t resolve them all. Being a beach house, the property smelled musty when we first arrived so we opened it up and sprayed air freshener. We also informed them that the oven had not been cleaned. Otherwise it was a nice place to vacation. Spaces were as shown. They do not have a good grill.

Great house and location!

Beautiful home and you can’t beat the location. My only complaint is all the stairs. If you can climb LOTS of stairs, this is the place!

Great location, filthy home, never again

Upon arrival (Did a cleaning crew even visit?): Dirt, hair, and sand on sheets and bedspreads Microwave rusted and caked on grease inside door window and frame Refrigerator filthy inside, had to clean prior to using A seafood steamer pot left on counter with old cooked seafood still inside, smelled horrible Half bath upstairs had a poop stain on outside of tank Couches had sand all over them and in an effort to remove cushions from sofa bed and take outside for cleaning we found old food and crumbs underneath the cushions Crumbs on the kitchen counters All dressers had sand in the drawers Most all utensils, cookware, and may dishes were disgusting and had to be washed before use Had to sweep every room of the home because of all the sand. Sticky kitchen table and overall a very dirty home Reported all of this immediately upon arrival. Received lots of text messages saying they (Vacasa) were sorry and that local staff would be in touch. NEVER received a call the entire week we were there. My wife and I cleaned for 4 hours the first day there, including having to go buy cleaning supplies to do that. Obviously we stayed because the rental investment was very expensive. I would warn anyone considering this home to look elsewhere for this price.

Alot of money Little Reward

Pictures are definately a lot better than the house. The major issue was from day 1 the HVAC is on a duel system andvtge floor the bedrooms are on was not working. Temp on that floor wa 77 degrees. Heat pump works the compressor unit was inoperable. Called Vacassa(management company) immediately upon arrival. They never came to check it, fix, it nada. Sent me instructions via text to check virvuit nix, turn off fir 10 minutes yada, enough for a dummy to go through the motions that they tried. Well i checked the cimpressor unit and its clear this has not been blowing cold air for some time. Its completly esten through, its impossible for the fan to turn. Anywho, they never checked on it after the first day nor us. If it was hotter ir will be unsleepable on that floor. We had to turn the upstairs to 67 and some of the cool air wafted down. It got diwn to 74 deg.

Vacasa is terrible and predatory. Stay away!

Our family trip was completely ruined. Upon arrival we notice the AC in the bedrooms didn't work. Within an hour of check-in, I contacted Vacasa and they told me someone from the local office would reach out to resolve the issue by end of day. No one from the local office reached out and it was never resolved. I contacted Vacasa everyday, and each time they told me an electrician was on the way to fix it and that someone from the local office would contact me. No one ever showed up and no one ever contacted me. Our family has two babies under 5 months who rely on comfortable temperatures to sleep. Both babies were unable to sleep at night as it was 79 degrees in the bedrooms even with the windows open. Not only did Vacasa not offer to provide us fans, they didn't even bother telling us that no one was coming to fix the AC, leaving us waiting and unable to properly plan. The whole time I was speaking to call center employees from another country and no local support was available. They offered me a $60 refund which was a fraction of the cost of the stay. VRBO also took no responsibility and kept just pushing it onto Vacasa. This was my first time using VRBO and VACASA and it was a terrible experience. I would highly recommend staying away from Vacasa homes. They will take your money and do nothing if the house has ANY issues, plus they'll lie and ignore you. Since VRBO did minimal to help us too I will probably never book with them again either.

Stunning views!!

Delightful oceanfront vacation! We brought our elderly mother and two dogs for a memorable respite. Will definitely return. All the comforts of home and easy beach access. Stellar sunrises!!!! Accessible to everything but far enough to be private and quiet. Already planning our return!
