Great stay for a couple

Property was described properly. It is perfect if you want more than a hotel/motel but dont need a full house. Fit our needs perfectly. The only problem we had was mostly our fault. I accidentally only scheduled for 3 nights and needed 4. When i tried to extend our stay by one day the cost would nearly doubled our three night stay because it was set up like new rental instead of additional days. So all the fees would have been doubled. So be cautious. In the past owners have worked with us if we needed to add a day. But this is a company and dont seem to be able to do that.

No one on site to help with anything. Impossible to get help on phone once arrived. Had to kill 4 cockroaches, bath sink was broken and pulling from wall and toilet ran constantly and was loose from floor. Place looked nice and location is great.

It was a nice time. We would recommend putting some sort of welcome packet with all the rules of the property, check in/out procedures in the properties, like some local restaurants, the fact that there is an elevator and outdoor showers. It was a nice and cute place, we would definitely consider staying there again. We would also recommend maybe putting a cutting board in the property.

All in all the stay was great. There were a few hick ups and unless you're willing to pay to park your entire stay, the walk to anything to do in surf city by the pier was a 40+ minute walk.
