When you are ready to swim, walk on the beach, work on your shell collection, or just lay in the sun, all you have to do is walk across the street to a private boardwalk over the dunes. If you want to try your skills at paddleboarding, behind the house is a perfect spot. Downtown Surf City is two and a half miles away with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Other great attractions nearby include Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, Historical Society Of Topsail Island, Hampstead Kiwanis Park, and North Shore Golf Course.
