**New for 2025 FENCED YARD** Prime Topsail Beach location with a short walk to the beach or the sound from your front door! Cute 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with great sunset views located on a quiet, dead end street. Public beach access is just across the main road. Walk or bike one mile to great dining and shopping and only three miles to enjoy the pristine, undeveloped southern tip of the island. It's a short drive to Surf City and Hampstead with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment

The space
One level living with large main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and king bed. One guest bedroom with queen and one guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Bright open kitchen, dining and living room with plenty of windows and views of the sound. TV's in every room. High speed internet. Outside relaxing area includes patio with seating, grill and outdoor cushioned seating as well as an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before entering the house. Keyless entry lock, no keys to worry about.

Arrived 30 minutes after check-in time and the house had not been cleaned. It took an hour for me to get in touch with host (phone number was no good so could only use messenger) and then another 2 hours for the cleaning crew to arrive. It was nearly 8:30 before we could get in the house which was over 4 hours late. I have asked for a partial refund through VRBO but have not been offered anything.
