Everything about our stay was perfect! I took 3 teen girls for a weekend trip and we had a great time! Plenty of room for everyone to get ready at the same time, huge patio right on the beach, and far enough away from the “downtown” area that the beach is not crowded at all! The beach location is the best part of staying at the Sea Vista. Since it is also dog friendly we brought our dog and he loved the beach. The rooms were adequate, although very dated. The kitchenette was sparsely furnished. The balcony on the third floor had an awesome view of the beach and the sunrise. We would stay there again!

My husband and I had an amazing time. Our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed walking down to the beach and walking along the shoreline. I love how this nostalgic hotel is situated roughly 50-100 yards from the beach and ocean AND is very Pet Friendly. The prices were good and I’m sure down the road I will rent at the Sea Vista Motel again. BGD

Beautiful ocean views as that is what you are coming here for. Quiet and secluded from the busy beaches. Room had just what was needed and not too fancy. Bathroom area was small but adequate.

Its perfect for a quiet beach getaway. There isn't much nearby, but thats what we were looking for. The room is clean, the staff were nice, the balcony was perfect. The only minor thing that could make it better is providing paper towels in the room.

This is where I stay when going to Topsail. It's quiet this time of year. I think all rooms have a balcony with view of the ocean. I love sleeping where I can leave the curtains open. It's a great place, and the manager enjoys meeting his patrons.

!!!STAY HERE!!! The staff definitely went above and beyond. Our room was spotless, I was a little worried about staying because dogs are welcome but there was absolutely no need. With or without a dog we will stay here again. We had a wonderful view of the beach, it was quiet and peaceful.
