This Topsail Island beach home is among the most popular vacation rental properties in the area. Located on South Shore Drive, your retreat is close to shopping and dining in Surf City. Drive south to Topsail Beach to take in some of the hidden treasures of the island like the Missiles and More Museum and the wonderful shops in the village.

This oceanfront home boasts a beachfront deck with direct access to the sand below. (An enclosed, outside shower is located below the oceanfront deck.) There's also a covered porch overlooking the street - great for kicking back with a crisp drink and watching the world go by.

The ground level offers a single-car garage with a wet weather entrance and a living room. A full bathroom and two bedrooms are also available on this floor - each with a clock/radio/alarm and table lamp.

On the main level, find the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Take in fantastic ocean views from large picture windows in the living room and dining room. From the living room, find access to the oceanfront deck and walkway to the beach.

Enjoy cooking and clean-up on the solid surface counters and ceramic cooktop stove. A microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher are among the amenities in this fully stocked kitchen.

The primary suite showcases spectacular views of the ocean, as well as an adjoining private bathroom. Two more bedrooms and a full bathroom round out this floor. All bedrooms on this level have hardwood floors.

The view is beautiful. There is nothing in your back view of the ocean, the back deck withall the chairs is so cozy too. My fur babies had a great time. This property is layed out beautifully. It clean and has everything you need except your clothes. I will definitely be requesting this house for my next stay at Top sail beach.

Tubs are too slippery, I fell out of the tub/shower and cracked a rib on our 1st day. If that had been my 83 year old father we would have been at the ER. We went out and bought tub mats. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. The deck cld use a table. The hose on the porch busted. However, its a wonderful lication, has tons of room and was very clean. Thanks!

Would not stay again.

The place was dirty. Had problems with ants causing us to have to keep buying more food. Found a dead roach in the bathroom. There was mold all over the place on the inside of the home and in the vents. You could smell the mold when we turned the AC on downstairs because it was tray hit in the basement one day. We had problems with circut breakers tripping in the kitchen when we were trying to cook Thanksguving dinner making it late. Just overall the worst vacation experience that I have ever had and will not ever go back or recommend. We did get some money back but not what I thought was sufficient for all the issues we had and the money we spent.

Incredible location. The home is older so bathrooms are small and the water heater can only handle one shower at a time. The kitchen is stocked well. The views are amazing. The house could use some TLC but it was a great vacation as we spend our days on the beach.

Nice place at the beach

This was a nice place to stay. It was nice that it was two floors instead of three, reducing the number of stairs to be climbed to the living area. Beach access was difficult because of sand up over the walkway, but we managed. Kitchen was very well appointed.
