Summer Daze has an easy-going comfortable atmosphere. It offers five bedrooms and three baths. Equipped with all the necessities and a few extras, this home presents you with an ideal coastal retreat.

The first bedroom is located on the ground level. With a living area, kitchen (no dishwasher), sleeping area, and private bathroom, this apartment (first bedroom) is a great advantage for bringing along extra family or friends. A quaint kitchen, with a table for four, offers a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The pine cabinets house cookware, dishes, and other extras. There is a private bath and a full-sized washer/dryer for your convenience. A set of stairs, to the right of the garage, leads you to a sizeable street-side porch where there is plenty of seating for everyone to watch the sun set below the sound.

The beachy and brightly painted walls throughout this home glisten with sunlight from the nicely framed windows. This cozy home offers a spacious eat-in kitchen, living area, and four bedrooms. The home-style kitchen has a table for four and all the essentials required to whip up your family's favorite meal. There is a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. The numerous cabinets offer many extras for the family cook. A generously sized breakfast bar adds seating for six. The living area is a great place to unwind. A set of wicker chairs offer more seating and books for your entertainment. The sunshine soaks the large window and offers amazing views of the ocean just beyond the expansive deck. Partially covered, this space holds numerous chairs, a large picnic table, an outdoor shower, and a boardwalk leading straight to the sugar sand beach. There is plenty of room for tanning in the sun chairs, napping in the Adirondack chairs, watching the sunrise, or snacking at the picnic table. You may find yourself living daily on the deck by the shore.

As the day closes, the charming bedrooms offer a comfortable place for a good night's rest. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on either side of the home. The north side offers one oceanfront room and one sound-side room. The south side offers the same. The second bedroom is oceanfront on the north side of the home. The third bedroom faces the sound on the north side of the home. The fourth bedroom is oceanfront on the south side of the home. The fifth bedroom faces the sound on the south side of the home.

Great location!

We had a great time with easy access to the beach. Unknown to us, the big beautiful deck was under construction when we arrived. It was useable (and our favorite feature of the beach house), but there was a massive pile of lumbar and random nails throughout and we had to figure out the water/hose situation as it wasn’t operable at first. That aside, our stay really was great. House was clean and comfortable. This was our first time in Topsail and we would happily stay there again!

Making Memories

We could not have chosen a more perfect place for our family’s winter vacation!! The location was great!! There was plenty of rooms and space. Even though it was cold, we spent a lot of time walking on the beach!! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The house was very clean when we got there. My husband and I stayed in the little apartment downstairs. It was perfect for us!! We definitely will be staying here again!!

We had a overall good time. Theres a few things I would say need work on. The walk to the beach was decent and easy to get to the beache. The house was in excellent condition besides few spots in the floor that could be fixed. But overall great experience and definitely would rent again in the future!! Kids had a blaste and that to us is all that matters.

February Escape

We came down for a long weekend. House was great other than a few small quirks. The rooms were awesome and we lucked out with temps in the mid 60s. I do wish it had a bigger couch like an L shaped, but overall it was great. We will definitely be back.

Nice location, issues with Vacasa.

When we got there, the microwave did not work. Called Vacasa, was told they knew it needed repair, they would send someone over to give us a counter top for use. That was Monday, nobody ever showed up, we left Friday. The internet stopped working and they claimed they would take care of it. It didn’t start working until Friday just before we left. Several texts back and forth with the issues, and was told the local mgr would call, never did. Will never rent a place again managed by Vacasa.

Excellent Beach House

This was a great home to stay in and we really enjoyed everything. There were some concerns with the wood on the back deck, but nothing that prevented us from having a terrific stay. Would definitely return to this home if we come back to Topsail.

The house was amazing but definitely needed some major upgrades. The deck had several weak spots where it felt like you would fall through. Also some of the chairs were falling apart. It didn't have much of a selection of pots and pans. But it was very spacious with a great layout and a short walk to the beach.

Great home with lots of space to gather - or to give self space-beautiful well stocked kitchen. View of beach is stunning and peaceful . So appreciated the efficiency of this beautiful home . Star lit nights on the deck are memories for sure !
