Step out onto your private balcony and take in the sights, sounds, and smells of the sea directly in front of you. Enjoy a meal or your morning coffee at the alfresco dining table. Our guests also have access to the large zero-entry pool, just a few steps away from the condo, where you can splash and sunbathe the day away under the warming North Carolina sun. This spacious two-bedroom retreat boasts vaulted ceilings and wood floors. A stylishly furnished living area offers a sofa and two side chairs. The grouping is situated perfectly to take advantage of your endless views. The kitchen is efficient, yet highly functional, with a full complement of appliances and generous cabinet and counter space. The family chef will appreciate the upgraded granite counters, tile backsplash, and lovely pendant lights over the counter. The adjacent dining table seats six and has a perfectly beautiful ocean view from any seat. The primary bedroom boasts an en suite bath that has been luxuriously upgraded, with a tiled stand-alone shower boasting a seat and a hand-held shower head. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation for my wife and I during some down time. When we arrived to the unit we encountered a pile of dirty linens and the bed room lights and fan were on. The master bed was sloppily made and did not have a top sheet. After seeing the dirty pile of laundry we remade the bed with clean sheets we found as we were not comfortable with it. The bathroom was still wet like someone just used it and the shower head had a constant drip. The trash can was broken and had some kind of standing brown liquid in the bottom of it. The tv remote flwas missing so you couldn’t change channels and the WiFi was different than what vacasa included. The WiFi was not reliable at all. The overall unit had a great view but was dirty and very cheaply decorated/furnished. We contacted Vacasa and Vrbo twice to pick up the dirty linens and bring a TV remote and both times I was just given a generic statement about how we are moving up the priority list. By the time we checked out the linens had still not been picked up. I will never rent through a Vacasa property again. Lastly, I would not recommend this place unless you want to clean the unit yourself and have no direct contact with anyone to help you with any issues.

Stay away from Vacasa Properties!!!

This was the most horrible vacation of my life. I spent more than 10 hours on phone calls, text messages, meeting with maintenance to not even get all our issues resolved. Upon arrival the place was not clean. You could feel very sandy floors when we removed our shoes at the door, dirty bathrooms and later found trash and a crusty beach towel under the bunk beds outside the kitchen. None of the rugs had been cleaned or washed. After arrival we wanted to head to the pool but had no passes or parking passes and never got them until the next day. The electric in half of the unit did not work, no cold water, no working internet, and no working TV. I brought my niece and nephew’s on this vacation and had to work 3 of the days which I thought would be great to do from the balcony but that never happened as we never got the internet working. I had to leave and go get a hotel so I could do my required work that I needed Internet for. That took me away from my family. I could go on and on but we constantly had electric issues and no TV or internet and after the second day we requested a full refund thru VRBO so after that they would not help us any further. I only wish I would had read Vacasa reviews across the board before this vacation as I would have never booked with them!

Lovely view!

The general complex is well maintained and ideally situated on a beautiful beach and isn't a wild party place. The condo itself has stunning views. However, I have to say that I've stayed in cleaner and tidier rental condos. So, 5 stars for views, pool, and beach. 2.5 stars for lack of attention to cleanliness and organization.

This was a great location and all information was clear and simple. Check in and out was seamless. The accommodation was very comfortable, well equipped and with everything worked well! The sliding door to the deck didn’t lock but may not be a big issue and the fridge had a noisy rattle but worked well. A new fridge would make the stay perfect especially for someone sleeping in the nearby bunk bed. The beach was beautiful and the saltwater pool was lovely and clean. We are planning to return.

Affordable ocean front

My family enjoyed our stay. The condo was a little dated but was well stocked and fit our family of five comfortably. The unit was clean and comfortable with the best view of the ocean.
