This private Oceanfront beach cottage with steps right down to the beach, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, and has all the bells and whistles. This comfortably accommodates 11 family and friends. (1st bedroom features a King bed, 2nd bedroom features a set of bunk beds along with a full size bed, 3rd bedroom features 2 full beds, 4th bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for all the fresh seafood your heart desires. The living/great room boasts a large, flat screen TV with cable connections. Wi-Fi is here if you promise not to use it for work.?? The family-style dining table accompanied by seating at the kitchen bar are just right for playing board games or eating dinner as a group. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the first living level just above the convenient parking located underneath the cottage. The top level boasts the kitchen/great room, a full bath, as well as the master bedroom. Both living levels have oceanfront decks, one covered, one open, complete with deck furniture for your snoozing and sunning. From the lower deck you'll find steps right down to the beach. This cottage is exactly what you have been looking for.

This is a fabulous home! The covered decks are a big bonus as you can move from sun to shade and we could still enjoy sitting outside on the rainy days we had. The reverse floor plan with sweeping views of the ocean from the living spaces was beautiful and the house faces the sunrise directly. You wouldn’t even have to get out of bed if you didn’t want to!We were here in Oct and loved the empty beaches and that we could easily walk into Surf City for coffee or a meal. I personally would not like the location during the busy summer months because there are a lot of residences—apartments and condos—around but that may not bother others. It was a definite 10 out of 10 for us!

Great place needs a couple of updates

Great place right on the beach and close to all the shops/restaurants. A couple of things need to be fixed like the outside handrail, a few nails are sticking up on the deck and the blender leaks a little. Maybe update the pans to cook with. We did notice a few ants and a couple of roaches that prob snuck into the house but nothing crazy. One mishap was my son hitting his head on the pointy handrails in the house and had to get stitches. Other than that had a good time with the family.

The perfect view

This is our 3rd time to North Carolina beaches and this property was our favorite! The openness of the living space, the deck and the proximity to the beach was wonderful! The management ( Lisa) went above and beyond when i forgot to order linens. A++ for customer service! All 6 of us give 2 thumbs up!
