Was technically as advertised. Some cost cutting going on for sure, both bathrooms were out of soap, shampoo, conditioner. When I asked support they weren't much help in getting these replaced so I bought my own.

Easy check in and check out. Make sure you read your emails even during vacation. If you plan to cook meals and are conscious of not cooking in toxic pans, you may need to reconsider or purchase some better ones. Other than that, it’s a cute place for the price.

Affordable 2 bedroom near ocean

While this isn’t a five star condo, the Place was as described in the listing and pictures were accurate. 2 blocks from the ocean, which you could see from your balcony and kitchen table. Beds were comfortable. Safe neighborhood. While the living room furniture was fine, it is starting to show signs of aging.

Short weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. One recommendation is to have a broom/dustpan or a stick vacuum for small clean ups since you are at the beach and no daily housekeeping. Otherwise extremely satisfied with our stay.

Don’t Stay Here.

Summary:-It is a clean place in a great location, 1 minute walk to the beach. I do have to say that to be fair.-The unit is in the third floor, which is great for the view and to not have noisy upstairs neighbors. However, the traffic noise from the road was for me, unbearable. It is an old, uninsulated building and if you stayed on the second story in a major city such as NYC, it would be quieter than it was in this unit. I know this first hand.-The unit below is under construction. Nailing, drywall sanders, compressors, the works. -Vacasa is a terrible company with terrible policies. Do not ever book with them. I am honestly surprised that VRBO has not kicked them off the platform.-I stayed ONE night out of the 14 I paid for. It was that bad. I asked if they could put me in another unit NO, at another property, NO. Just stay there and enjoy the noise.-I reiterate: VACASA IS A TRASH COMPANY, they do not value the customer in any way. Do not book with them.-It took 6 phone calls, untold amount of text messages 24 hours and me saying some things I should not have, out of frustration to get the “manager” to call me about the situation.She was very polite even in the face of my now aggressive frustration. However, she proved completely useless in search of a resolution.I am personally in the hotel business, and the treatment by VACASA as a whole to their customers is totally unacceptable. DO NOT BOOK WITH VACASA. THEY WON’T BE THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM.
