The place was great but honestly pretty disappointed with the stay. What I wrote below is what we told the host but didn’t get a response so now it’s the review we have to give: The biggest issue was that the hot tub drained the first day we were there and that was a big reason we booked this spot. (The host did respond saying they will send someone out but nobody ever came.) Then the smaller things like: - batteries in the tv remote were dead - no dish soap - no dish scrub brush- the dishwasher malfunctioned and even when it didn’t they weren’t fully clean because we couldn’t scrub them - only one shower towel per bedroom meant to sleep more than one person - even if someone got a towel it was itchy and tiny - no toiletry items. That’s never happened at any place we’ve ever stayed - the freezer door doesn’t open all the way We stay in surf city all the time and though this was a great spot and location those details change the stay completely especially at the price we paid. Won’t be booking again sadly.
