Welcome to Pelicans' Porch, a beautifully decorated oceanfront home designed with relaxation in mind. Ideally located on North Shore Dr. in the heart of Surf City, you'll be just minutes from local shops, restaurants, and island activities while still enjoying a peaceful beachfront setting.

The first floor features an expansive oceanfront deck with stunning, unobstructed views of the beach—perfect for morning coffee, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the sound of the waves. Upstairs, you'll find a bright and airy open-concept living space filled with natural light. This inviting area includes a comfortable living room with two sofas and a TV, a dining table for gathering, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for casual meals.

Step out onto the second beachfront deck to enjoy multiple seating areas, ideal for catching ocean breezes or winding down after a day in the sun. Great location, beautiful view, right on the beach! Four of the five bedrooms are oceanfront. This house has been well maintained. The common rooms are plenty spacious for a big group.

My husband and I brought are 5 “children” ages 15-20 and they each were allowed to bring a friend! What a perfect week! The house was wonderful, clean, spacious inside and out. The beach location was ideal not to close to the action that the beach was crowded but close enough…we will be coming back!
