Are you ready for the most memorable vacation of the summer? Then, look no further than this beautifully decorated and clean townhouse! Located in a captivating community in the heart of Surf City, you will be granted access to the community's outdoor pool and the beach will be waiting for you just across the street as well as the fishing pier, shopping, and many great restaurants. For the locals, this community is located near the 'S' curve.

On the first level of this home, guests will find two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its TV and en suite bathroom, and a washer/dryer in the hallway. Upstairs, the main living area provides guests with an inviting and cozy place to hang out and create everlasting memories. Watch a favorite movie or sports game on the TV in the living room, or be the star of the group and prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Then, once mealtime is over, let the dishwasher worry about the dishes while you all enjoy the breeze and views from your private balcony. The bedroom on this level also features a TV and there is an additional full bathroom.

Over all, great rental! We did have a couple minor issues but nothing crazy.upon arrival, the lock wouldn’t accept our code and we had to call in to Vacasa for assistance. They gave us the lock box code and we ended up using the key for our entire stay. There were 3 full size beds and 2 twin, plenty of room for my family. Beds were pretty firm, rooms were beautifully decorated. It was lovely that each of the lower bedrooms had their own bathrooms, although I felt bad for my sister in the upstairs bedroom- their bathroom was the “main” bathroom. I tried to avoid using that one to respect their space. Kitchen was the perfect size, but if you love to cook you might want to bring your own egg pan, pasta pot, and cookie sheet as the rental ones have seen a lot of prior use. The pool and beach access were exactly as we had hoped, although the distance from the pier was a bit of a trek for the young ones so we did end up driving when we wanted to get ice cream or dine out. We were very close to a cute little playground and walking dock on the sound side, it was a lovely place to spot local wildlife. All in all, we would definitely stay at this place again.

We stayed for 3 weeks and found the rental to be as advertised. The walkway to the beach was great. The only drawback was the lack of internet/wifi.
