The host(Nicole) was very reachable and accommodating. The distance from the house to the beach, Daytona Racetrack and eating places was great, close to it all! House newly updated and nice size TV's. Pool area and lounge chairs very nice with great view of the pond- saw birds, turtles and flying fish. House is very close to a Winn Dixie grocery store. Nice feature to be able to use the garage! Neighborhood is in older area but neighbors were friendly. Perfect for our needs to stay with my in laws for 8 days while we went to the Daytona 500 and spent several days on the beach. Kitchen had kurig, spices, sugar and all other item needed. Spacious table and we enjoyed the screened in patio.
