Adorable pet-friendly cottage within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck and all it has to offer. Main room offers a gas fireplace, TV and full kitchen with a pull-out loveseat and space to dine. Be sure to take advantage of the popular restaurant The Southerner right next door. The restaurant can be quite busy in the summer so there's fantastic people watching from your private patio but it ends service at 10pm so no late night noise or commotion.

The Roost at the Southerner is a cute, comfy, clean cottage, cozily nestled in a corner of paradise. It had everything we needed and more, including a heated bathroom floor. We could easily see ourselves living there. Looking forward to our next stay!

The Roost was Perfect! Clean, cozy and just a few blocks from town so easy walking on sidewalks to get to town. I would stay at The Roost again and would highly recommend it to a couple traveling to this area. The cottage was exactly as described in the listing and we had everything we needed.
