We arrived on a Friday evening and the front desk lady, was very disrespectful and had an attitude with us the whole time. She would not answer any of my questions I had and made me assume we understood. She walked away to call her manager, to tell her that we were yelling at her, using profanity towards her and eventually called the police. It was totally unnecessary and uncalled for. We were not the only ones that had a complaint on the same day. She needs to be removed from the staff. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a limited time in the area and the staff helped us choose the best things to see. We had a nice breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was 4 days -3 nights. Hotel was very quiet during the night. The Breakfast buffet was great as it had a lot of choices to pick from. The Breakfast items were also filled consistently during our stay. The room was clean and we had housekeeping service every day.

Sheets weren’t fresh and had couple bugs in bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a fire in dryer I guess at 3:30 in the morning so fire alarms went off in rooms. Never had experienced that before.

The room was very clean. The breakfast good. Staff friendly. 2 things that had an issue was--shower water was lukewarm (but water in sink hot). Had trouble with room keys, had to go 3 times to the front desk to get one to work. Other than that a good stay.
