The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, it did not make up for the mattresses that squeaked, both of them, the spa and pool water that was murky, the tile around the spa had something on it. We wouldn't touch it to find out what it was. The tablecloth that was on the table with the coffee pots was filthy. The manager was short tempered and unfriendly. We will not be visiting there again.

Super close to all the Saugatuck/Douglas action, but outside of the busiest areas, so it was nice and peaceful! Room was clean and well kept. The decor could use a refresh maybe, but it was still in good shape.

Nice continental breakfast- fresh fruit is nice. Clean comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff - overall very good experience

Condition of the building should be improved. Just a few items which stood out as the worse conditions: The toilet in the room's bathroom rocked - not properly installed. Poor Painting throughout Height Chair had rusted legs in the dining area Basically the facility is ready for a refurbishment.
