Breakfast was fresh and well taken care of. The room was decent, only complaint would be the size of pillows. They’re not a standard size, more like a square but 4 on each bed

Nice enough but we gained no points for booking and they said we weren't members of the club which we joined last summer when staying in Ann Arbor srveral times for health appointments @ UofM hospital. Breakfast left a LOT to be desired and was closed a bit too early. We won't stay with Wyndom again whenever we travel.

Took a little getaway for my moms birthday. Have never been to this area of Michigan but this location was super quiet. Staff/front desk worker was extremely helpful and pleasant. Would stay again for sure if another trip was planned.

Staff was warm and helpful. View from the room was into nature outside. Swimming pool was a good size and very clean. Everything worked fine except for an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which could not be shut off and was noisy. I would stay here again.

No one is at the desk on a regular basis. You have to use a phone to get them to come The sink and tub were dirty. The tub was very grimy looking. The soap was so thin and small that it was ridiculous. The breakfast was very disappointing. Fake eggs, frozen pastries, no water, The help was not friendly or welcoming.

Pleasantly surprised at the suite that my spouse and I stayed in. I knew from the booking that the room had a large king size bed but didn't realize the room was this large and had big whirlpool tub in the corner that was so nice to soak in. The room was very clean, the bathroom sizable and clean, and there was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a desk in the room. Bed was very comfortable and the bedding had a nice feel. Did we mention clean? Loved that this great value is close to Douglas and Saugatuck each which have great coffee shops, restaurants, and lots of walk-able streets with shopping and views. And on top of that we were allowed to bring our 4 legged family with us for a nominal charge. Will return to stay here again. P.S. only downside - no elevators for those that need them.

Our refrigerator cabinet door would not close, and would hang open unless we propped something against it to keep it closed. Our pillows were stained and dirty upon check in but the manager replaced them quickly.
