Guests have the entire villa to themselves. The clubhouse with swimming pool, sun deck, gym and bar is shared with other residents of The Falls. Residents have private beach access at The Beach House in Holetown, with a pool, sunbeds and a beachfront restaurant and bar. Check-in is in person with our concierge.

The Falls is a gated community in St. James, in the heart of the West Coast, just moments from world-class dining. Sandy Lane Beach and the restaurants of Holetown are within walking distance, and Paynes Bay Beach, with beach bars and water sports, is about a 15-minute walk.
