"I loved how close the resort was to Holetown's shops and restaurants. What I didn't like was the attitude of some of the staff. I booked a trip to the George Washington House. I was told the price was one thing, and I wasn't told I needed to pay cash. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked the taxi. The young woman argued with me and was quite rude. Telling us that all taxi drivers require cash isn't what the guidebooks say. I should have just used Pick Up Barbados, a taxi service that takes credit cards. What happened to the "customer is always right" policy? There were unnecessary charges on my bill that I had them remove, and they didn't tell me about them beforehand."
