Make memories at this pet friendly, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set and a swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake!

This 2 bedroom suite shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. It has a small kitchen, narrow living room and a great porch overlooking the lake. Each of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed and its own full bathroom. In 2024, this suite got new appliances, paint, furniture, recessed lights and high speed wifi.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guest 24 hours prior to check-in.

Smoking is not permitted on the property.

Your well behaved furry family members are welcome to join you on your vacation to The Boulders at Squam. We do require that pets be on a leash at all times when outside and that they are not allowed on the beach.

Before leaving, guests are asked to wash dishes and dispose of trash in the dumpster that is located in the parking lot.

Guests have access to all rooms within the suite. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on land and on the water. Use of The Boulders` kayaks and canoes are free during daylight hours, but please do not forget to use one of our life jackets while on the water!

Please do not go under any buildings, in basements or in the garage.

Guests should communicate with the host via the app.

Guests must be 25 years of age to place reservation.

Kyle was fast to respond to any questions we had,and very quick to fix any issues...would highly recommend staying here and would again. We throughly enjoyed staying here with friends and of course our dog .Maggie. Beautiful lake area

Enjoyed our stay here for three nights. Loved the beach frontage, fire pits, kayaks/paddle boards. Check in process was easy and Kyle is super responsive and cares about the quality of your stay. The other families/groups who were there were friendly and everyone kind of did their own thing. Showers are a tad tight but other than that was a great time. Would definitely go again!

Not a bad place for a weekend. I don't think I would stay a whole week unless I had a larger place there. The air conditioner was almost falling out of the window and never got the place cool. The tiny AC in one of the bedrooms did nothing to cool it down. The other bedroom had no AC. But again, not a bad place for a long weekend. Some of the guests were pretty rude to us. They also were putting their towels and clothes on every single chair so we never had a place to put our stuff when we were down at the water. Acting like everything was there's. We couldn't have a fire with our family because of the same people taking over everything! The floating dock was awesome until someone broke it half way through our stay and we couldn't use it anymore. I guess that's what you get when at a place with other people unfortunately. Again, we did have a good time all in all. Especially after adjusting to the tiny kitchen. Definitely easier to go out to eat. We would go back, but never more than a few days at a time.

The room was clean but extremely small, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The lake area was very nice with lots of amenities. Over all it was a decent place.
