Room was almost completely neglected. Bed didn’t have any pillows had to go down and ask for them. Bottom of toilet was leaking out into the hallway. Smallest tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Bad people walking up and down the halls all night long

Less than ideal would be ok but I've stayed in barns in South and Central America that were more comfortable than this motel. The room wreaked of cleaning perfumes so I left the door open while I unpacked. As the perfume smell diminished another, familiar odor took over: the smell of cockroach feces. I know the smell because I purchased an apartment house that was infested and it required removal of some interior walls to remedy. Then I saw a few after getting out of the shower. I was exhausted, it was quite late so decided to stay. I should not have. The heat did not work, the neighbors were noisy, the floor felt grimy so a took a damp wash cloth, dropped it on the floor and swiped the floor with my foot. Wash cloth is pictured. Then while tryin to go to sleep I noticed the fire/ smoke detector was missing.
