Very nicely appointed and well equipped room. One thing lacking was an iron and board but otherwise well set up. We did find the exterior lights from the motel and adjoining property a bit bright when trying to sleep but couldn’t block them out as the frosted glass door didn’t have a blind.

A quiet, but very pleasant motel. Several nice touches, such as a Squeegee to clean the bugs off the windscreen. Very friendly staff.

Overall a cozy stay at the Holbrook Motel. We had everything we needed. Clean bathroom and bed. Got takeaway from the hotel branch. Staff was lovely. Instructions via email was clear.

Well presented, clean, spacious with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Good bed and pillows and plenty of hot water and space in the bathroom. Apparently there is a shuttle bus to the Holbrook Hotel but due to storms it wasn't running but we enjoyed the flat walk to the pub between showers.
