Well-equipped 2-room maisonette with kitchen and parking space

Unfortunately it is currently only possible that the arrival and departure take place from Monday to Friday and NOT on the weekend.

The apartment is on the 1st Floor of a holiday home with only 4 residential units and is habitable all year round. It consists of a large living room with dining area for 4 people and 2 beds (fold-away beds), the bedroom with double bed, the separate, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee machine), bathroom with toilet, tub and shower on the 1st Upper floor and separate toilet under the roof. A parking space is available.

The particularly child-friendly sandy beach is only 800m away and is very suitable for small children due to the extensive shallow water zone.

In summer you can rent a beach chair on the beach or go for nice walks and enjoy the sound of the sea. There is a well-developed cycle path network and you can take great tours to Wismar or Boltenhagen.

During the season, small purchases can be made at the nearby campsite. There are also fresh rolls here in the morning.

The landlord provides 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher tablets, garbage bags and a dishcloth on arrival.

Bed linen and towels can be provided at the following fees and are billed and paid directly to the apartment management when the keys are handed over:

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und befindet sich in Strandnähe. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Agentur ist sehr unkompliziert. Wir verbrachten eine schöne Zeit - vielen Dank!

Super, große Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist für 3 Gäste ausreichend groß, 4 Personen sind auch ok aber bei mehr wird eng. Die Lage ist Ländlich ruhig, ca 800m bis zum Strand. Es ist ein normales Wohnhaus in einer Umgebung wo viele Eigentümer ihre Häuser auch in der Hauptsaison noch selber bewohnen. Es findet also keine Eingliedern in die Schlange zum Strand statt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen auch gern wieder. PS: Es fehlen nur die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. MfG Familie Graf
