Absolutely loved our stay. Hotel is clean, updated, comfortable rooms and bed and excellent staff. I recommend dinner there and the happy hour. Breakfast was perfect as well. Wish we had more time so we could have taken advantage of the bikes.

Hotel is well located for a stop over, about a 15 walk into the harbour area. There is no lift and there are stairs to all rooms! Very bad design for a modern hotel. Shower was awful and soaked the whole bathroom. Would not recommend.

Could have been better

The hotel does not have a lift which makes it very difficult if you have big suitcases to carry up to your room. There was no offer to help as well so we have to carry up a flight of stairs all our things. Aside from that, the room bathroom was really really small where there is no divider between the shower and toilet except for a shower curtain. So when you finish showering the whole bathroom floor will be all wet. Needs improvement overall

Rooms and bathrooms are smelly. Very unsafe staircases with no proper light caused the fall down the staircase. No elevator and third floor is allocated for guests with age 69 Rude front desk employee. They have no courtesy or compassion. Chose different hotel

All beware. We chose this hotel due to pictures which makes you believe you're getting a room with an amazing view. We arrived to get our room in a separate building away from the main hotel. They were like small college dorm rooms. No where could we find we would be staying in a different building. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. There was a smell in the building. We would not stay there again.

At 309 USD per night we were anticipating a very nice experience. After all it was the most expensive hotel of the entire trip. So far it has been the worst. Sewer smell in the room, moldy smell in the bathroom. Small room with no closet and barely any space to put the luggage. No coffee maker, no fridge, you get a couple of powder coffee pouches. The looks of the common areas are nice, building from 1965 without elevator. But the looks of the bathroom is that of an abandoned hospital, the shower is bare concrete walls. Room 301 however offers nice views.

Looks aren’t everything.

The gentleman at the reception was super rude. Rooms were tiny and bathrooms tinier. When we pay close to $600 /night, I think it is fair to expect slightly better than basic. We were happy to stay there for only one night.

This place needs a desperate update. There is a funky smell in the room. The bathroom needs the update the most. The furniture is worn and needs replacing. It’s fine for an overnight stay but anything more I would avoid.
