We managed to access our room ok no.7 tv did not work. 1 bedside lamp didn't work.Shortage of loo rolls. No wash up liquid. Coffee pods available 1st night/ morning second night none. On second night 2 different couples and 1 lady on her own could not access their rooms they could not get a reply from either one of the phone numbers they tried. We checked our numbers which were the same and we tried also with no reply. One couple called their agent who gave them another hotel to go to. This morning cleaner said all rooms were occupied. (Double booked maybe). Washing facilities were insufficient considering no. of guests meaning if 2 people were showering then there were no loo's available so a few people were desperate in the morning. Kitchen lacking in size but equipment good, added bonus of an air fryer.

Easy to do the self-check in required with code and key access. Room was alright, had enough of what you needed. The room I was provided had a broken outlet (cover was falling off of the wall and the outlet itself was broken in half). Otherwise, the property was relatively clean (considering it's a hostel type situation with other people using the amenities like the bathroom).

Very dirty washrooms and over crowded. We lived in similar hostels but those are very well Maintained and sufficient washrooms. Over here, between 6 rooms (more than 12-14 people), just two washrooms. I would try to stay away from this property.

It’s a convenient location for a short stop along Route 1. Simple accommodation- several separate bedrooms and two shared bathrooms and a small kitchen. All in all it was a pleasant stay for a night.

Well I walked into our room and it was x3 single beds not a queen bed that it says on the booking and minging unclean cutlery and pots ; checkout time on website says 11am but inside the owner has wrote 10am On a sheet and no mention that you have to take shoes off which is really annoying which would of made me not book in the first place ; I wouldn’t of booked this place if I knew it was gonna be like this ! Well stocked kitchen and eating area. Comfortable and clean all around. Stayed in both the main guesthouse and the smaller one no problems with either. Bathrooms were a bit dirty when we got there hours after check in but that’s not the hosts problem (was spotless when we checked in early the second time staying)
