Great sized room for 4 people. Nice kitchen area, and located right next to the docks. The restaurant down the street has amazing lobster rolls. It’s basically an extra large hotel room with a kitchen area

A pleasant surprise

Our group has two couples. Somehow we booked the same room for the same night. We got a pleasant surprise when the hotel upgrade our booking and gave us an almost brand-new suite with two bedrooms, a full kitchen and a bathroom. We had a lovely 1 night stay in the studio apartment. Easy to understand check-in instructions & directions were sent a couple days ahead of time. Nice clean studio apartment with small kitchen & bathroom, very convenient location near main restaurants in Höfn. Only wish they had left the sofa bed as a sofa, given we were only 2 people. We could not figure out how to close it and would have liked to sit on it.

The room was bright, airy and clean. It was next to a Main Street but there was no traffic at night. We had a nice little patio for coffee and a view of the harbor. Lots of little extra’s in the room made us feel at home. We wanted to stay another night. We loved the coffee machine!
