The outdoor space includes a large pine-wood deck with stylish seating areas, a BBQ station, and a dedicated campfire zone under the stars. The absolute highlight is the private, spacious hot tub located right in the yard, which comfortably accommodates up to 5 people at the same time.

**Kitchen & Dining:**
A fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking, featuring a butcher-block countertop, an extendable dining table, and a rich coffee bar with an espresso machine, capsules, and tea.
