This is a single freestanding one bedroom guest home. It is approx. 300 feet from the main house with plenty of privacy. There are TVs in the living room and bedroom with high speed Starlink Internet. We are 2 miles west of town down a private road. There is a great opportunity to see wildlife. There is a washer and dryer. A nice elevated screened front porch. A one car garage. Weber Gas BBQ grill. We are 4 miles to Hobe Sound beach and 4 miles to I-95. Jonathan Dickenson State Park main gate is 5 miles and Hobe Sound National Wildlife refuge is 4 miles. Great dining down the street at Harry’s, Citron, Sofias or Scooters. This summer we installed new furniture, some new art and very nice king bedding! PLEASE NOTE- 5 normal steps up into the house!
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Natural Beauty & Great Location

Can't say enough about what an amazing place this is! You can't beat Hobe Sound, the proximity to the beach and being immersed in nature. The house was better than expected, had everything we needed and was very clean. I highly recommend staying here!
