Advertised with airport shuttle - no shuttle. Booked with breakfast for 2 - arrived and told no breakfast included - took time to get this fixed despite having written receipt.
Felt that building needs to be refurbished and had changed ownership from when we booked to when we stayed, so still ironing out things I think. We had quite a bit of luggage and thought they would offer a trollley but had to ask and there was no one that collected it and had to negotiate pushing it around where other places offer and do it for you. There were some disgruntled guests however when I requested late check out happily obliged which I appreciated. Felt it was quite pricey for what we got and it wasn’t very busy but got given a room overlooking the rubbish bins.

During check‑in, I asked for an extra blanket because I usually feel cold at night. The receptionist told me that “it was summer” and that “we didn’t need it,” saying that one blanket was enough for my child and me.
This response left me disappointed, because I don’t think it is appropriate for staff to decide whether a guest feels cold or not. I was also not offered any alternative, not even a paid option.
I believe the service should be more empathetic and focused on providing solutions, especially when it comes to something as basic as comfort during a stay. I hope this can be taken into consideration to improve guest experience.

Customer service provided direction, that I actioned, and then reversed it. Wasted my time and they would not refund the room rate. Then…misstated the circumstance to me in writing. Very poor experience.

Clean room, comfortable bed. 2km from the airport and connected via a path so you can walk. Rooms are old and tired, one light wasn't working and the hair dryer didn't work either.
Rooms are nice, nice hotel.
Restaurant, food is terrible. Really really bad.
Can't believe a place operates to this level, being the location.
It's a shame, as the hotel is nice.
The Tasmanian salmon in the restaurant was from frozen and dry. For $42 you'd expect fresh Tasmanian salmon in Tasmania.
Just aweful.
The room was spacious and clean.
The reception staff very helpful.
I prebooked a 13CABS taxi with reception for 4.30am. It sent me a confirmation, but never arrived. When i checked the taxi app at 4.35am it showed the trip as completed! I then called an uber which arrived within 6 minutes for mt trip to the airport.
Good room and excelent staff and customer service. Main reason it is this rating instead of full marks is no airport shuttle available despite what it said on the hotel details. Had to walk the 2kms to the airport which was annoying.
Bathroom clean and bed comfortable, that was good
Staff were friendly and welcoming, particularly the man running breakfast. A confusing time I’m certain having transferred from travelodge to mantra, however our upgrade to an executive suite was ‘oversold’ and we were not notified until arrival. The TV also was quite difficult to use with apple devices (very first world problem)
