In my inconvenience at having to stay at a hotel due to home repairs. My experience at the Comfort INN has been welcoming. Most of this new staff is very pleasant. I had a few hiccups regarding a issue with my mother about breakfast which was resolved but at the end of it's about respecting you and making sure to keep the property clean which is expected. ping prop

The hotel looks nothing like the photos. It’s filthy, old not been updated. I don’t think ever! The lobby smelled of smoke and the hallways and elevators smelled like weed. The shower was mildew and needed to be reglazed and recaulked , the countertops we wiped with Clorox wipes, and there was dirt on them. It was disgusting! The toilet seat had not been whipped down either… The bedsheets seemed clean! It’s really the only plus. The phone was so dingy and old. I did not wanna touch it and I wasn’t sure even how to use it. There was no breakfast served that we could tell there was no fresh coffee brewed. The front desk service was polite and professional. We would love to have our key cash back in full!

Did not use the pool - but saw a sign saying it was not heated. At first glance, room appeared to be good. However, i first noticed full-length mirror was very smudged, most likely from a child. In the bathroom, several long strands of hair were dangling from the hairdryer which was positioned at my face level next to sink. The room had 2 queen beds even though i was traveling alone. When i pulled back the covers of one bed, there were cookie(?) crumbs; pulling covers back further revealed more crumbs. Other bed seemed okay, but when i went to check under the mattress edge for bedbugs, the space between mattress and wall was filthy (no bugs). It was almost midnight, so i pushed mattress further towards wall and made do. I took photos that night. The next day, the manager/owner? took a look at my photos and immediately went to remedy my concerns. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired but front desk staff was exceptional.

Pool was shut down for the winter that is not advertised on the website at all , I found a dead bug on my bed I was so tired and didn’t feel like dealing with the front desk I tried to call from my room to the front desk but the phone in the room did not work paid for a room with a hot tub in room the water took forever to fill up the heater and ac in the room was off when I checked in it’s winter time the room could’ve been warm or the heater could’ve turned on prior to my arrival

I reserved 2 double rooms for my husband and I and our 4 children. Upon arriving I had no idea there would be a $60 dollar additional deposit required per room. I asked if we could have the rooms close, and was told no. They couldn't even get them on the same floor. In one room none of the appliances worked and the sheets were dirty. In the other room if we turned the hall light off the TV turned off. The worst part is the whole reason I chose this hotel, apart from it being close to my visiting destination, was for the indoor pool; which was CLOSED! And from the looks of the entire pool area it had been closed for a while. Had I known I would've selected a different location a little further away.
