Cheap, mostly clean, with friendly staff. Run down a bit, holes in door frames, older place. That is okay by us, we just need a clean safe place. Sheets, beds, floors all clean. Shower grout however was moldy, curtain was mildewy, and the mirror didnt look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Pool is not heated and therefore closed all winter. Expedia asked for my hottub review, but if they had one it's also closed. Breakfast was mostly gone and wasnt refilled very timely, so we didn't bother. Good location by the highway, plenty of well lit parking for cars and semis, amenities near by. It works for the price.

Rooms were disgusting, manager was unkind and unprofessional, I would never recommend going here to anyone. Even the check in staff told me to never bring my kids here. When we checked in the rooms we found oiled hand prints on the head board. Food crumbs on the chairs and floor and bugs on the floor. Pool was closed and that was the entire reason we booked was to swim.

The pool was closed, which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The faucet in the room was just trickling, so we had to use the tub to even wash our hands. The tub and the sink also had mold. The breakfast was good.

I’ll start with the positive- Pros- the person checking us in was friendly & welcoming. We arrived late after a 6 hour drive so we called ahead to make sure he knew we were arriving late. He assured us all was good & we would be fine checking in later than usual. The breakfast was unusually good for a continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Cons- The room is in need of some updates. The desk chair upholstery was peeling & cracked. The shower was in poor condition with cracks & floor mat full of possibly rust on the underside? Either that or something was wrong with the floor of the tub. I didn’t bother to pull up the mat to investigate. The window was leaking air on the bottom, I could feel a cold breeze coming in. I’m not sure if that’s where the overwhelming smell of marijuana was coming from or if someone was smoking in their room but it made me nauseous. I’m not one who cares if others indulge in that but I can’t stand the smell of it. We also had kids in the next room giggling loudly while we were trying to go to sleep. That bothered me the least though because it sounded like they were having fun. It was a warm place to rest our heads but I will most likely avoid a Comfort Inn from now on based on this experience.

Booked this hotel for the sole purpose of having a pool for the kids to swim in. Drove 2.5 hrs only to be told it wasn’t working. Would have canceled and went elsewhere but it was too late to look elsewhere. Hallways smelled like marijuana everywhere we went. Was a great place for the kids. The halls and stairways have not been swept in some time. In the room, there were white stains on the sides of the beds. The bathroom door would not close or latch as well as the closet door. Toilet paper dispenser was destroyed as well. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Sausage and eggs were a bit undercooked so we avoided those. Bagels were stale and the apple and orange juices had an odd taste as well. We should have just asked for a refund but stuck it out because the kids were tired.
Odd stains on the bed.
Floors have not been swept.
Toilet paper dispenser was broken.

This makes the third comfort and I stayed at the first two were very nice this one the toilet seat was so loose as you kept sliding off the shower had no water pressure they moved me twice because the first room had mold bathroom at mold in it it was just not quality hotel at all we got very little sleep last night in it not a very good area would not stay there again or recommend it thank you

Checked in around 730p and desk clerk was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having 2 king beds in the room. Hotel is older and the wear is showing but still great. Would have given a higher rating but for the fact it snowed overnight and we learned the owner doesn't have a contract with a snow plowing service. He then parked a truck and trailer in space next to the door and wouldn't move it so we had to push a cart with our stuff through several inches of snow to load our car. If it had snowed a little more, we would have been stuck in the lot.

The WORST room I've stayed in, in a long time. The room hadn't even been vacuumed, there was dust everywhere, and I found hair in the bed. The outlets didn't work in the bathroom, the drains in the sink, bathtub, and whirlpool tub were all broken. The furniture was incredibly run-down and the room/hallways smelled horrible.
