Fantastic value for money, location is actually excellent being out of the centre but still close. Neighbourhood perfect for some nice and interesting walks. I would definitely stay again. Down to earth, modest, but has everything for a couple of nights stay.

The rooms on the top level are so dirty and run down. For even $140 a night you shouldn’t be sleeping in that or bathing

You can reach the main city attractions and restaurants on foot, so it is recommended for regular tourists. The room facilities are simple but sufficient, making it very worthwhile at this price.

Changed our room last minute with no prior notice. Gave us an uncleaned room with dead ants everywhere+ leakage in the bathroom. Wasn't offered any replacement but rather had to deal with unfairness throughout our stay
