お部屋は清潔で快適です。立地も良い。シャンプーとリンスも良い。エレベーターのドアの開閉、動くスピードが早くてイライラしなくて良い。駐車場の係の方も優しい。スマホのSIMカードが反応しなくなってしまい、困って受付に行ったところ、親身に復旧を手伝ってくださいました。とても助かりました。 唯一あるとしたら、くしがどこにあるか見つからなかった事くらいだけど、自分で持っていたのでそこは問題なし。

館内着がなく、非常に残念でした。スタッフの方はキチンと確認お願いいたします。朝食はひたちシーサイドマラソン当日でしたが6時30分からでしたが、既に10人程、食事をされており、20人程並んでました。非常に混雑しておりましたので、開始時間や食事場所の工夫をお願い申し上げます。
