Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient.

The spa was closed and the outdoor tub in our suite did not look clean. Also, the pool was closed. We were not told this when we booked and I specifically asked around 1pm when I tried to check in early and was told to ask again at check in (at 3pm when it was too late to cancel. This was hidden as the spa had been closed for several weeks with no foreseeable reopen date. Very disappointing. Everything else was good.

Wonderful Stay Again!

This was my second stay at the Live Max Miyahama Resort. I was running late and going to miss dinner. The reception called me to ask if I was going to make it. The dining room even stayed open an addition 30 minutes for me to finish eating. Very kind and professional establishment! Will keep coming back!

This hotel was incredible. Absolutely loved the room, the hot bed rock sauna, onsen, and buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

ジュニアスイートの角部屋でした。露天風呂付きで検索して選んだのですがむしろ露天風呂しかありませんでした(笑) 脱衣場が無くシャワーブースでたらすぐリビングと繋がった洗面所なので付き合い始めのカップにはキツイかな〜私達は気になりませんでしたが。 洗面所のシンクが浅く、蛇口も高い位置にあるので顔を洗うとシンク周りがビシャビシャになります。 ベランダで喫煙出来るので喫煙者には良いですが、非喫煙者は露天風呂に入っていると他の部屋の煙草の匂いが流れてくるときがあります。 ベランダから瀬戸内海が見え、絶景でした。 晩御飯のビュッフェは種類豊富でライブキッチンもあり目の前でステーキ(赤身)を焼いてくれます。 テーブルにミニコンロがあり、すき焼きかプルコギもしくは両方を自席で作って食べられました。 アルコールは別会計ですがカウンターで作ってもらえます。デザートもソフトクリームやアイスの他色々ありました。 朝食は明太子が美味しかったです。種類も豊富で楽しめました。 周辺には近くにコンビニなど無いので買っていった方がいいと思います。一階にアルコールの自販機があるのでビールやハイボール、レモンサワーくらいは売ってました。 帰りはバスを待つのが面倒だったのでフロントでお願いしてタクシーを呼んでもらいました。

オーシャンスウィートの部屋が最高でした。広々とした清潔でオシャレな部屋に、ベッドやソファの設えもGOOD、リファのシャワー、ドライヤーも素晴らしかった。岩盤浴や冷蔵庫の豊富なドリンクのルームの無料サービス、食事も美味しかった。オーシャンビューの部屋付きの露天風呂は2歳の娘も大喜びで朝にもタップリ入りました。

予約後、問い合わせの時の電話対応が非常に残念でした。車椅子の同伴者がおり介護タクシーの都合でチェックインの１時間前に到着しそうだったため相談しました。しかし掃除の出入りや宅急便の対応があるからなど、とてもホテルスタッフの言動とは思えない回答でした。どれだけ掃除に力を入れているのかと思えば空気清浄機はホコリまみれ、風呂はカビだらけ。迷惑そうな対応をされ、もう利用することはないです。
