We had a wonderful stay at Miyajima Villa. The hotel perfectly combines modern comfort with traditional Japanese charm, and the atmosphere on Miyajima made the experience especially memorable. The service was so helpful and friendly and the hotel was close to the ferry terminal which made it easy to get to, drop our stuff and head out to explore. The hotel had everything we needed to get through, with lots of inclusions, like local sweets, tea and coffee complimentary. Would 100% recommend.

The hotel is so close to the ferry terminal, so that is super convenient. As well as easy walking to the shrines & temples, shopping street and many cafes and shops. The onsen set up is fabulous!! You cannot see the floating Torii from the hotel, but it has views of the water, ferry terminal, and the mainland beyond. Laundry facility was always available when we needed it.

Perfectly located across the road from the Ferry (no issue with noise). Nice sized rooms, perhaps in need of a little refresh (room door did not seal very well, large gaps around the edge and bottom which meant could hear corridor noise). Buffet style dinner and breakfast was amazing, so tasty & such a good variety. Really enjoyed that the ingredients were locally sourced. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location was good, right near the ferry, and the coffee station in the lobby was a nice perk, but at $70 per person, the dinner buffet was a huge rip-off. The wines were low quality and the food was very mediocre, with very small amounts of each item. They claimed it was the best food on the island when we checked in, but that was far from the truth.
