Incredibly convenient location for shinkansen and only 25 mins walk to the main areas of the city. Very good staff and reasonably priced. Very grand lobby.

We loved staying here. The room was very nice and the hotel is connected to the station. The tub in the bathroom is quite tall and takes some effort to step into. There is a breakfast buffet for 3700 yen. Pricy but a very nice buffet with many small Japanese dishes. The front desk staff and hotel info desk were incredibly helpful. They helped us make a restaurant reservation and told us about a local festival. (Note we were speaking to them in Japanese but I know others were speaking English). The only downside was we were expecting there to be a coin laundry in the hotel and there wasn’t. They told us about a place a few blocks away but we didn’t use it. You can ask the hotel to do your laundry and they charge by the piece.

Nice grand hotel conveniently located right next to Hiroshima Station and other amenities near by. Hotel lobby was very nice and service staff very curteous and helpful. We dropped off our luggage when we arrived early and they had it in the room when we came back in the evening. We would stay here again for both short and longer visit.
