Absolutely amazing hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a G7 suite which was huge for the 5 of us. Large supply of amenities and the view was to die for. Access to the club lounge was a lovely bonus where we had complimentary food and drink until 10pm. The wharf behind the hotel took us straight to Miyajima which was a wonderful experience. The local bus runs from outside the hotel very regularly to transport you to and from the city. Loved everything about our stay. Highly recommended.

The staff and service was great and helpful, as well as the facility. However, our room’s lack of cleanliness was not up to par with the rest of the facility’s image. For example, there were odd stains on our front door, hair strand left on bed when checking in.

The original room had some issues but the staff helped us into better accommodations for the next 2 nights. We found it interesting that you had to pay extra for onsen, which is unheard in other Japanese hotel.

A wonderful hotel, welcoming, surrounded by great views and a lovely circular walk, small beaches and woods. The ferry went from the door, as did the free shuttle bus, all run like clockwork. Large room with a glass wall looking onto the bay and sofa. Nice cafe and lots of other facilities we didnt use.

We were slightly apprehensive of the distance of the hotel from the station and city centre however, we were so pleased to have booked this hotel. This hotel is at a beautiful location with wonderful seaside walks nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite room which gave us ample space, a bath with a view and a beautiful room. The onsen was clean and well organised. The breakfast buffet provided multiple options of western and Japanese food. The staff were friendly and courteous. The boat to miyajima was extremely convenient as well as the bus from and to the station. This stay was by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
