Room was clean. Second bed was not ready made on our arrival, but it wasn’t hard to do. The washing machine instructions are available from reception but I don’t know why they don’t just put them in the room anyway. Good location short walk from Hiroshima Station.

Very nice, new-ish hotel. Close to the baseball stadium which was great! Clean and comfortable. They offered ‘breakfast’ but we did not take it. Not a large common area but overall a very nice place. I would go back.

This is a nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It would be nice if they had a proper rubbish bin in the room as there are cooking facilities but nowhere to properly dispose of any trash. It would also be good if they gave some hand towels/cleaning cloths for the kitchen to make it more user friendly. Having said that the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a good location near the staton. It's a bit of a walk into town but that wasn't an issue fo me.

They should have instructions in English on using the washer and dryer functions as that would save a lot of time and frustration. Takes about 4 hours to wash and dry a small load and even that does not fully dry the clothes. Also the front counter staff were gone for night by 10:30 pm so no help with questions. That being said very nice room as far as space and cleanliness. Beds were comfortable.

Comfortable and quiet

This place was an easy 10 minute walk from Hiroshima Station. The staff knew minimal English, but it was easy to check in and check out. The beds were big and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed but a sponge for cleaning dishes, the shower was great and had soap, shampoo and condistioner, and it was nice to have a washer on the property. The washer also dried, but it took hours to dry all our clothes, so be aware. We would definitely stay here again.

Accommodation was excellent with main room, kitchenette, bathroom and separate kitchen. Be aware that the bed(s) are futon style but comfortable. Also second bed was not made up prior to our arrival…we had to construct it after check in. Location is good and within a 10min walk of Hiroshima station. 1 star taken away for the lack of options and coffee choices for the included breakfast.

Good sized family room.

A short walk from the station. Room was large and easily accommodated a family of four. Two double beds and two single beds up above. Had a seating area, small kitchen area and a washing machine in the room which was great.

The hotel was easy to find and the room was spotless. The room itself has a great bathroom, lots of space, and a washing machine with drying functions. The neighborhood is a bit removed from everything but the stadium, and the walls are pretty thin so you will hear your neighbors and the breakfast rush. Our TV randomly switched on at full blast at 7am, which we were pretty unhappy about, but other than that, I recommend this hotel for long term stays and trips to see the Carps.

We liked the outdoor patio at the front of the hotel. A very tranquil spot to sit and rest. The check-in/ check-out was easy. The room was small but the way it is configured provided more than enough space for four people.
