Amselhof Country House in Hinterzarten, Duplex No. 1

The Amselhof Country House is an elegant property built in the style of a Black Forest farmhouse with a hipped roof. Your vacation rental is located on the first floor of the building. The Classical Apartment 1 is a spacious, fully equipped maisonette apartment with 62 square meters of living space. The living area includes the kitchen, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a furnished balcony with a view of the garden. A staircase leads up to the mezzanine, which serves as the sleeping area and features a double bed, a bathroom with a tub/shower, a sink, and a toilet. A small storage room next to the bathroom provides additional storage space. A travel crib and additional sleeping arrangements can be provided upon request. Garden furniture is available for our guests in the garden. In the spa area, you’ll find a Finnish sauna with a small library, relaxation loungers, and showers. Next door is the laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. Hiking trails pass right by the front door; the Adler ski jump is within walking distance, and the lively town center and train station are easily reached on foot. In summer, various lakes, swimming pools, and water parks are easily accessible; in winter, the ski lifts and cross-country trails in Hinterzarten, as well as the numerous other winter sports areas in the surrounding region, are within easy reach. In addition to the booking fee, we charge a visitor’s tax, which we remit to the municipality.

VISITOR’S TAX:
We are required to remit the visitor’s tax collected from guests to the municipality. Per person/night €2.90, children ages 6–15/night €1.20, payable at the accommodation.
DOG:
We charge a service fee of €15 per dog. If you bring more than one dog, this fee for the second dog must also be paid at the accommodation, as Vrbo only allows one dog to be included in the online booking.
EXTRA BED:
For extra beds that exceed the standard occupancy, we charge a service fee of €20. This fee is a one-time charge for children up to 16 years old; for guests 17 years and older, this fee applies per night.
