If you are a single woman alone I would not go to this place. there is a bar across the parking lot that I could here. and I feel like the door was not very secure. So I didn't stay.

I made reservations and paid online through Expedia for three nights, January 9th, 10th and the 11th and check out on the 12th. On the 11th the hotel clerk called the room and told us that we had to check out because I had only paid for two nights, which wasn't true. I went to the office and showed him my receipt where I had reserved and paid for three nights, he looked at the receipt, gave it back to me, and said I still had to check out or pay another hotel fee and I told him no I wasn't going to do that because I had already paid in advance for three nights. I told him if I had to I would call the authorities. Thirty minutes later he called back and said sorry maam, you did pay for three nights.

Staff was very pushy about the house keeping and charged me a 100 per fee without giving me a receipt when I asked they said if the rooms where good I would get my money back. The door of the bathroom was broken and held with screws , the bathroom and sink where dirty , the refrigerator door made a loud noise when opened, the WiFi was not working properly

The front desk were amazing and very friendly but the quality of the room was not up to par. The floors were sticky and the room had a smell. Also housekeeping failed to empty the trash and I was given dirty towels. The towels the replaced were stained and had black stuff all over them. I was disappointed to come back to a room that still had a trash can full of trash, and the only thing they did was give me dirty towels. Thankfully I brought my own towel. It’s not a place I would return due to the poor service of house keeping but the front desk were really sweet. It’s unfortunate I had this experience though.

I was charged for a floor mat being dirty. I have stayed in plenty of places and high end resorts even but never been charged for a floor mat being dirty in a bathroom. Highly unacceptable.
