The room was horrible. The lights didn't work. Lamp was broken. Outlets didn't work. Switched rooms only for the 2nd room to be worse.
No shower curtain in room, bed sheets had food stains, cleaning crew knocking on your door BEFORE checkout, lamps did not work, pictures on walls have never been wiped down since hotel was built, would not honor a late checkout

Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Room was meh. Nice size. Could use some work. Deep clean of carpet and couch cushions. Mattress was stained. Tub didn't drain well. Didn't see any roaches in the room or bed bugs on the mattress and i was looking hard so there is that plus.Hallway from the elevator to the room would smell like a sewer at times. But for the price and location it was OK.

The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned. I was in the last room on the first floor and there was a roach in my room. I was told it was probably because my room was close to the woods. The second day they moved me to another room still on the first floor and the room only had sheer curtains so anyone could look into the room. My daughter’s room door didn’t lock which was a safety hazard. The overall experience was not good. The front desk staff were pleasant.
The door latch kept messing up. The door lock would stay out every time we would go to close the door. The front desk just told us to keep the handle turned until the door was closed all the way. That got old real quick over a two day stay. Then we found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. Also had a lot of loud banging at random times in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was remodeling or guests just being loud and stomping above us. But it woke me up a couple of times. Won’t be saying again.

The 1st room we has had Dried blood o the floor between the bedside floor and also on the sheets of the bedside. The second room had a spider crawing acrossthe floor the size of a Silver dollat! Of course i killed it! But we were too tireed by then to move again. I did however report it to the representative up froon dest.
Room was filthy, couch had gross stains the desk chair materials were rubbed off. The bed had hairs left sheets not changed. Not enough towels. I booked a suite, the did not have a suite and management refused to compensate because I paid in full prior to getting to the property which made my booking non refundable. So basically the property was paid and they didn’t care and will not refund my money even though they downgraded my room. I was not asking for more than I deserved just the difference because I was DOWNGRADED. Now I would like compensation for the inconvenience but I was denied anything from Wyndham. Incredibly poor customer service.
Breakfast was fresh. Need to put Baker on the menu. Some people can't eat sausage but I enjoyed the breakfast. I had a bagel and a bowl of syrup and thank you very much for the fresh breakfast.
