Cannot fault the hotel, great room, breakfast was super, nice and fresh, even though it was buffet style. Reception staff and breakfast waiting on people deserve a mention for their service. Hotel appeared busy, but there was no noise at night, will stay again when next in the area.

Staff were all really lovely and helpful - family room was a great size with two large double beds and clean in general (although the carpet was sticky!!) pool facilities were small but nice just hard to get booked in due to it being popular but we managed one swim (remeber your £1 for the locker). We stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting the space centre and Cadbury world and it was the perfect half way base for this. The hotel itself is really big and there were a number of conferences happening whilst we were there but this didn’t affect us (ie noise etc) overall great stay and we will hopfully be back again as we have friends down south and this will be a great halfway point to meet up!
