Decent hotel. Ripped off as I tried to cancel one room the day before literally 23 hours before check in and the hotel wouldn’t let me do it. Feel like I deserve a hotels.com credit of $275. Bad business practices by the hotel and hotels.com. Otherwise stay was fine just didn’t need the extra room.

T.V'S did not work TY hroughout the Hotel, staff did not know how to fix...nor did they seem to care. No breakfast in morning so all the children had to be brought somewhere else to eat borh these items made for problems with little kids attending a pool birthday party.
