The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and during our stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub was malfunctioning throughout our stay, so that was a bit frustrating since we really appreciate it more than the casino. The rooms are outdated and need some serious upkeep, but the room was clean overall and we had a nice and quiet time visiting with our friends.

Clean hotel with friendly staff, check in was easy and i love that they gave us keycard for each adult staying in the room. Seemed to be plenty of parking and able to park by door closest to your room. Short walk to casino or they do offer shuttle but we never used it.

It was not a good stay First when I booked it, I booked it for a non-smoking. I got a smoking room and because they were completely full, I could not change rooms second of all you can only get a couple of TV channels because the rest of them were muted and according to the staff, it was because they were changing providers. Overall, my stay was not good considering I had to sleep in a smoking room and they were not able to accommodate me to a non-smoking. And did not comp me at all.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. My only issue with the hotel is that: #1 for a period of time, due to a storm, the TV was out and #2 that they only have ironing boards that are 1/2 length and height. lol, I hate those little ironing boards!

Leaving the airport i made a reservation thru expedia not knowing ck. In was 4pm,called the INN and was told no problem i will change for now..cool.. after dropping 1000 between us I find out I paid 225 for a smelly room..never again..lies lies lies

I accidentally ordered a smoking room. I have allergies. There were no other rooms available. However, the lady at check in said she could run a room purifier that would help. She did do that and it was amazing. Talk about great service.

Check in was fast and smooth. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Now for the disappointing part: the TV would not turn on…with many tries. The internet was thready at best. We ended up using our hotspot which used unnecessary data. For the price of the room it would have been nice to include breakfast, an expectation these days. We probably won’t be back.

The room was quite large and roomy. The bed were very comfortable. Shower was very noisy.. but warm. Disappointed there was no breakfast served. Not a deal breaker. This time of year the place was empty. Didn't see another person.. which we liked. The price was great as the room was pleasant
